University Procurement Workforce Planning

Welcome to the DFA Procurement Workforce Planning website.  This procurement workforce planning initiative, commencing in August 2003, was the first workforce planning project with a focus other than personnel related.  The procurement initiative will have two major components:  a strategic sourcing review with the expectation of saving at least $5 million and a second component consisting of a review of purchasing roles, responsibilities, policies and practices.
